Download our free coaching app, which will be your central hub for the entire challenge. Inside the app, you'll find everything you need to succeed, including:

  • Daily Workout Videos: Transform your living room into your own personal gym with a series of at-home, effective, and heart-pumping workouts that cater to all fitness levels. Each day, you'll follow a new 20-30 minute video led by certified trainers, guiding you through strategically curated bodyweight exercises, minimal equipment routines, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for a calorie-burning boost.
